The beginning. FoodFairness.com arose because of my stomach complaints, which led to me having to be much more aware of my eating habits. In the beginning I found it difficult to stick to certain rules and to watch my diet. Isn't food enjoyment and there should be no restrictions? Cooking is my hobby and my passion so despite the limitations I went looking for the right balance between healthy and tasty. It turned out to be easier and even more fun than I expected. As a result, cooking has become an even greater love of mine, a love that I like to share…
Through research and training as a natural nutritionist, I have gained a lot of knowledge about how your body actually works and how you can best take care of it. It's unbelievable how the body works and what it can do. I have experienced that if you eat more consciously and honestly, you have much more energy, feel much better about yourself and ultimately become happier. Of course everything has to do with balance. Do not deprive yourself of everything but learn to listen to your body and you will come a long way! You have to use it for the rest of your life, so you better make it work ;)
Every time I have made a tasty healthy baking and I share it with friends, family or acquaintances, I am happy with their surprised positive reactions. “Is there really no sugar in this?” “Is this really healthy?” Yes! You can eat fantastically delicious food without it being unhealthy and also without having to spend hours in the kitchen. It may be that you are not allowed to eat certain things because of allergies, have other health problems or simply want to go through life more energetic and vital. For both cases I hope to inspire you and especially to introduce you to fairer food!
