As a cocoa lover, I make these vegan chocolate pudding pots very regularly, certainly monthly. I vary it with different bases, then the chocolate pudding and then a tasty raspberry topping or strawberries. It is so full of flavor and, as you are used to, without refined sugars so a wonderfully innocent pleasure!

What do you need to cook Chocolate Pudding Jar recipe


Good for 6 jars of 250 ml


  • 500 ml coconut milk
  • 25 grams cornstarch
  • 50 grams of agave
  • pinch of ginger powder
  • pinch of Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 10 g cocoa powder

PREPARATION OF Chocolate Pudding Jar recipe

  1. First make the base and spoon some base into each jar and press well with a spoon, about 0.5 cm.
  2. Grab a mixing bowl, pan scraper and a kitchen scale
  3. Place all the pudding ingredients in the saucepan and mix well with the whisk until there are no lumps left
  4. Place the pan on the medium heat and keep stirring until it starts to boil, then turn the heat down and keep stirring for another 1 minute, you will notice that it is already becoming nice and thick.
  5. Pour the pudding into the jars and cover with the lids, but do not close them yet
  6. Let the jars cool and then put them in the refrigerator for a few hours
  7. Make the topping by putting all the ingredients in a blender and then pour the mixture onto the jars. Top with some grated coconut and possibly edible flowers and enjoy!
