2 cans of young jackfruit
(homemade) Mexican herbs
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
Olive oil
pepper to taste

1 avocado
1 pickled red onion
Red cabbage and white cabbage
Fresh coriander, parsley, chives (whatever you like)
1/4 cucumber
Handful of cherry tomatoes
