This weather calls for an anti-flu shot! It is very easy to make if you have a juicer or slow juicer at home. You should actually drink this shot, or a milder version of it, daily. This will prevent you from getting the flu in the first place. Today I was in the mood for a nutty flavor so I used almond paste. You can of course use any other nut paste or leave it out altogether. Whatever you please!

That sounds good right? The lemon in this shot is good for the disinfecting effect, lemon contains a lot of vitamin C and kills the pathogens of flu and colds. The limonine in the lime also helps against illness and promotes health. The substance shogaol in ginger has an analgesic effect and cayenne pepper makes mucus in the cavities thinner so that it can be drained better.

It also has an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, which makes it a good remedy for flu and colds. A good combination for an anti-flu shot! So quickly buy some ginger, lime, lemon, cayenne pepper and kale and you are ready to go.
