The sun is shining, finally summer in the Netherlands. I think that would make us all very happy? At least I start the morning whistling and with a smile on my face. Time for a summer breakfast. Before my yoga session I dive into the kitchen and throw all fresh fruit, vegetables, coconut milk, etc. in the blender and your smoothie bowl is ready. This day can't go wrong, full of vitamins, minerals and energy. Enjoy!
