  • 8 dried apricots
  • 5 tbsp liquid coconut oil
  • 75 grams of quinoa flakes
  • 25 grams of puffed quinoa
  • 40 gr cranberries
  • 30 g raisins
  • 50 gr sunflower seeds
  • 25 g sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 3 tbsp water

  1. Pit the dates
  2. Put the dates together with the coconut oil in a food processor or food processor and pulse until you have a kind of date puree
