WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR THE Vegan Panna Cotta With Cherries

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 2 to 3 tbsp agave
  • 3 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
  • 1/2 vanilla pod and/or a dash of vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp agar agar
  • Small pinch of Himalayan salt or Celtic sea salt
  • Handful of cherries (you can also use frozen cherries, they are often already pitted)

Kitchen supplies


  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring
  2. Grab some nice glasses and put them close to the fridge (this is because of moving the glasses to the fridge and the less it moves, the better the end result)
  3. Pour the panna cotta into the glasses and put the glasses in the fridge for at least 1 hour
  4. Pit and cut the cherries in the middle and remove the panna cotta from the fridge
  5. Sprinkle some cherries over the panna cotta and enjoy
