Did you know?
Mangoes contain more beta-carotene than any other fruit? So what exactly is beta-carotene or what is it good for? It is an incredibly powerful antioxidant that protects your body against pollution and aging and helps with the repair of your cells. Sounds good right? In addition, they also contain a lot of vitamins A and C, with 200 g of mango you are already at three times your recommended daily amount (200 g is generally easily obtained from 1 mango).
